Relaxation and Sleep

When you are having trouble sleeping or need to relax, lavender may benefit your massage. If you are suffering from emotional distress, rosemary, or rose may be good choices. Below are some different essential oils and their healing properties.

Toning Muscles

Some clients may want assistance in muscle tone.  Marjoram and Balsam Fir will help. Lemongrass and White Fir, which reduce inflammation can also aid muscle tone.

Joint Pain

Joint pain and strain are common among many who indulge in more physical activity, whether it be work or fun. Joint issues also arise as we age; therefore, essential oils that help with joint pain. Wintergreen can ease tension in joints. Birch is also supposed to have the same healing properties. Roman Chamomile and Spruce may help with inflammation and aching.

Neuromuscular & Neuralgia

Neuromuscular issues relate to nerve and muscle relations, whilst neuralgia is pain associated to nerve damage or inflammation.
