ONLINE appointment cancellations are automatically refunded if cancelled prior to the 48 hour policy.
Booking, Rescheduling or Cancellation. A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our stylists and estheticians with empty appointment times. As well, we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot! Because of this, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to your credit card on file.
A $2.50 ECO fee will be added to each ticket upon cash out. With the help of Green Circle Salons, we recycle and repurpose up to 95% of our beauty waste. Including hair clippings, used foils, color tubes, excess hair color, nail files, cotton and more. This also ensures our colour waste is being disposed of in the proper waste lands keeping our animals safe from toxic chemicals and harm.
