Training Standards
Our team is trained in multiple disciplines. Each year, our team of professionals travels to conferences and hands-on training classes to better our skills and learn new tricks of the trade. Waters Edge invests significantly in keeping our team up to date with services.
Our Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists are highly educated and trained to keep up with current trends and fashion. You will be provided with a unique look that suits your face shape, skin type and lifestyle, opening a world of possibilities for your hair and skin.

Anthony is Italian born and immigrated to Canada with his family in his early teens, he has been in the hair industry for 45+ years and has honed his skills to near perfection.
He has owned and operated multiple salons, competed professionally on a national level, and is an all Canadian Judge and President of Team Canada OMC Hair World.
In recent years Anthony has had the opportunity to teach his skills and expertise to the next generation, with the objective to raise the level of professional excellence of the hairdressing industry through teaching Levels 1 & 2 in college.
He is passionate about his field and always love taking on a new challenge. He lives off the philosophy that hard work pays off and will always lead you to success.

Liza has won The Burlington Readers Choice awards as BEST HAIRSTYLIST/COLOURIST for several years and continues winning in the Salon categories, including BEST BUSINESS in Burlington. Liza has also won numerous awards such as Best Colourist Applicator with Loreal Professional, Best Permanent Wave Wrap with Helene Curtis to name a couple.

From the moment you step into the salon to the final touches, Liza strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can relax and enjoy the process. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, this Aveda Institute-trained stylist brings artistry, technical precision, and client centered approach to every appointment. Dylan is known for delivering personalized results that enhance natural beauty, he combines advanced education with real-world expertise to create looks that are both modern and wearable.
After his training at the Aveda Institute, Dylan built a strong foundation in advanced cutting, custom colour formulations and placement, Balayage and lived-in colour, precision blonding services, editorial and event styling.
Dylan’s has a rooted holistic philosophy, and believes that beauty and wellness are interconnected.
Dylan continues his education in Davines believing in the 0 carbon footprint a stylist can have.

Gabriella has wanted to be a hairstylist since she was a little girl. She grew up watching her mother craft her art and Gabriella was determined, she wanted to follow in her mothers footsteps.
