I have been in the guest services industry for most of my career in one way or another. The beauty industry is where it’s at for me. As a Guest Coordinator, I have the most interaction with each and every guest before their visit and after, ensuring each person enjoys their experience. As a Business Coordinator, I am dedicated to hiring and managing the best guest services coordinators to continue the level of professionalism guests expect even when I am not there.

Being Liza’s daughter, I grew up in salons my whole life. I never hesitated at the opportunity to help my mom when she follow her dream and opened her own salon and spa. Liza taught me how to assist in the salon wherever I was needed. I love watching my mom create and teach her passion. No, I am not following her footsteps, I wish I could say I was. My passion for people is the same, though a different avenue. Healing is my future, as I study for my RPN. However, don’t be surprised if you still me shampooing your hair or sweeping the floors from time to time. I will forever support my mom when she needs it.

I have always dreamed of being a hairstylist. I am in my second year of my apprenticeship as a student stylist. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to follow my passion. I love my job because of two things: the people, and the before/after. When a client leaves happier than when they came in, it makes my day. I absolutely love to make clients feel comfortable with any service. The relationships you can build in a profession like this is amazing, each appointment is like catching up with a friend. I am so lucky to feel like work isn’t work!
